
The job was awarded to Trinidad Contractors Limited on 5th May, 1988 with an official handover of the Site on 12th July, 1988 and the commencement of a 12 month Contract period on 18th July, 1988.
The project entailed the Construction of 11 No. Buildings which accommodates the following:
v Industrial Arts (2 buildings).
v Classrooms.
v General Science.
v Social Studies.
v Administrative Home Economics.
v Hall.
v Agriculture.
v Toilet Facilities.
v Security Booth and Bus Shelter.
v Snackette.
Whilst the Civil works encompassed the construction of:
Access Road and Car parks.
Open Play fields and Cricket nets.
Three Nos. fenced Play courts.
Site Drainage and Landscaping.
