Self Stressing Frame

Trinidad Contractors Limited has conceived, designed and built a portable and self-contained prestress concrete bed capable of producing prestressed aashto type 111 concrete elements at remote locations. All materials were procured locally for the formwork and frame. 
Presently the frame is set up to build beams and piles but can be modified to produce elements for the factory shell type buildings and in November 2005. We were awarded the Trinidad and Tobago Contractors Association Civil Engineering award for this project.
